Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare, analyze and report Enterprise wide Project Metrics information to management
- Ensure Resource billability is maintained across projects to the required level
- Resource usage tracking
- Ensure all projects adhere to ZL’s baseline’ed Quality Governance process guidelines
- Work with Project Managers across verticals to review, monitor project health at mutually agreed intervals.
- Maintain, track receivables per project from customers/partners
- Maintain Project Risks Matrix and work with PMs in mitigating the same
- Ensure the deliverable passes through adequate Quality Assurance Processes
- Identifying areas of improvement and improving the processes by automation
- B.Tech/Masters in any discipline with at least 7 years of experience out of which 5 years shall be in the PMO department of a leading IT organization/bank
- Desirable, not essential, certification in any Project Management Methodology
- Willingness to follow Organizational Processes, adapt to changes mooted
- Knowledge in SDLC processes from a Product Development Perspective
- Team player with good communication and presentation skills
