Job Description

• Monitoring the Network on Live Servers through Monitoring tools.
• Creating process for managing the all Production server to maintain the uptime as per the Industry Standard.
• Create, change, and delete user accounts as per request received by the concerned department.
• Taking REMOTE of SERVERS and checking problems.
• Knowledge of routing and switching.
• Knowledge of network and Server monitoring using tools.
• Securing network resources with shared folder permissions, Implementing file security system as per the request.
• Monitoring Server logs and system resources like CPU, Memory, and Disk space etc.
• Monitoring messaging Environment.
• Configuration and troubleshooting of VOIP Phones.
• Creating, Configuring and Managing Active Directory Sites.
• Diagnosing, Monitoring and Troubleshooting replication issues.
• Working on Global IT infrastructure project.

Preferred Skills

• Excellent analytical, problem solving, and debugging skills.
• Hands on experience in network and server monitoring.
• Good communication skills will be given preference.
• At least 1 year experience as Network Administrator.
• Open for learning.

Qualification: BE/Diploma engineering in computer technology.
Additional Certification in MCITP MCSA MCSE AIX VCP CCNA is an added advantage
