Trainee Recruiter:US Staffing – Vimeg Square Technologies

Job Description

• We are looking for a Trainee Recruiter to work in the US Staffing Team to support the Recruitment process. The candidate will work towards in understanding the recruitment methodologies, process and procedures and will be trained to recruit for the US Market. The candidate needs to support other team members throughout the full cycle recruitment and needs to learn the process in a short time.

Preferred Skills

• Should be able to communicate in English (Oral & Written)
• Computer Proficiency: Internet, MS Office, Emails.
• Basic knowledge about Recruitment/Staffing Practices.
• Should be willing to handle US calls for recruitment process.

Nice to have but not required:

• Bachelor’s degree in any related field or any ITES experience.
• Knowledge about IT Industry/Technologies will be an advantage.
• Any experience in Domestic/International Recruitment will be a PLUS.
• Good telephone etiquettes or on call support experience will be a PLUS.
