- Develops processes and approaches to collect and analyze data and then transform it into useful actionable information that provides leadership with an insight into operations performance on regular and ad-hoc basis.
- Established automated processes to develop weekly and monthly performance review reports to be distributed to our global customers and support the operations with the client review calls when required.
- Develop measures and procedures to monitor and ensure quality of data and statistics
- Develops and maintains standardized operating procedures and artefacts including process documentation, excel tools and templates for the global Customer Engineering team.
- Collaborates with the CE Director and Executive VP Global Delivery to optimize the automation of data measurement and reports.
- May be expected to perform in multiple roles which contribute to operational or strategic goals & initiatives
- The role acts as key subject matter expert on key performance measurements, KPIs and data repositories and provides insight developed through comprehensive analysis.

- BA degree preferably in Math or Physics.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Previous experience in data analysis
- Previous experience in performance and business analytics
- Proven advanced analytical skills
- Experience in VBA and Excel macros is a strong asset.
- Fluent in spoken English
- Articulate and detail oriented
